Commands

RallyPoint has one command, /rally, with the alias /rp. Running it with no arguments shows a help listing containing only the commands the sender may actually use.

Tab completion covers subcommands, online player names, and waypoint names in the slots where each is expected.

Player commands

Available to everyone, with no permission node required.

CommandDescription
/rally optinMarks you as eligible for mass teleports.
/rally optoutRemoves you from the mass teleport list.
/rally statusShows your current opt-in status.
/rally catchupTeleports you to the current rally point if you missed one.
/rally helpShows the commands available to you.

Host commands

Require rally.use.

CommandDescription
/rally here [force]Rally all opted-in players to your location.
/rally to <player> [force]Rally all opted-in players to a player.
/rally <player>The same thing, kept from earlier versions. Use to for names that clash with a subcommand.
/rally go <waypoint> [force]Rally all opted-in players to a saved waypoint.
/rally cancelAbort a rally that is still counting down.
/rally returnSend everyone back to where they were before the last rally.
/rally rosterList who is opted in and online, with a count.
/rally historyShow recent rallies.

The host who runs a rally travels with the crowd, opted in or not, unless they are already within 16 blocks of the destination - so /rally here leaves you put, while /rally go <waypoint> from across the map brings you along too.

Tours

A tour is an ordered list of stops the host steps through, rallying the crowd to each in turn. Loading a tour requires rally.admin; running it requires rally.use. See Tours for the full walkthrough.

CommandDescriptionPermission
/rally tour load minemailBuild a tour of every MineMail mailbox.rally.admin
/rally tour next [force]Rally to the next stop.rally.use
/rally tour prev [force]Rally back to the previous stop.rally.use
/rally tour go <n> [force]Rally to stop number n.rally.use
/rally tour list [page]List the stops, marking where the tour is.rally.use
/rally tour statusShow the current stop.rally.use
/rally tour clearUnload the tour.rally.admin

Admin commands

Require rally.admin.

CommandDescription
/rally waypoint set <name>Save your current location as a waypoint, overwriting any waypoint of the same name.
/rally waypoint listList saved waypoints with their world and coordinates.
/rally waypoint remove <name>Delete a waypoint.
/rally stage onHold the opted-in crowd for the camera.
/rally stage offRelease everyone back to their previous game mode.
/rally stage statusCheck whether stage mode is on.

Reload

Requires rally.reload.

CommandDescription
/rally reloadReload config.yml and the waypoint list.

Command notes

/rally here [force]

Player-only, since it uses your location. Because the destination is where you are standing, you are not moved - the host-travel rule below only pulls you in when you rally to somewhere you are not already standing.

/rally to <player> [force]

The destination is that player's current location. They are still rallied like everyone else if they are opted in, which usually changes nothing since they are already standing there.

Host travel

The host who runs a rally travels with the crowd, opted in or not, unless they are already within 16 blocks of the destination. In practice: /rally here leaves you where you are (you are the destination), while /rally go, /rally to, and tour steps bring you along if you are not already at the stop. A host who comes along only to lead is never held by stage mode.

/rally go <waypoint> [force]

Rallies to a saved waypoint by name. Names are matched exactly as they were saved. /rally waypoint list shows what is available.

force

Appending force to here, to, or go skips the destination safety check for that one rally only. Use it when you know the spot is fine and the check disagrees, such as a custom platform. It does not disable scatter safety, and it is not persistent.

/rally cancel

Only works during the countdown. Once teleports have started the plugin refuses, rather than moving half the crowd. Cancelling restores the previous rally point, so /rally catchup still sends latecomers to the stop you are actually at.

/rally return

Sends home every online player with a stored return point, not just those currently opted in, so someone who opted out after being rallied still gets home. Players who are offline keep their return point and are teleported home the next time they log in. The console line reports how many are pending.

/rally catchup

Teleports the player to the current rally point, scattered like a normal arrival, and records a return point for them first. It fails with a message if no rally has fired yet, or if the player is not opted in.

/rally roster

Lists opted-in players who are currently online, with the world each is in. Offline opted-in players are not shown, because they cannot be rallied.

/rally history

Shows the most recent rallies with time, who fired them, the destination, and how many players moved. Length is capped by history-size (default 20). History is saved to session.yml, so it survives a restart rather than resetting when the server stops.

/rally reload

Re-reads config.yml and waypoints.yml from disk. It does not interrupt a rally in progress, end stage mode, or disturb a loaded tour or the current session.
